The Enerlis Group has just been rewarded for its environmental, social and societal performance with a gold medal and a score of 71/100 awarded by the extra-financial evaluation platform EcoVadis.

ENERLIS’ CSR APPROACH

At Enerlis, we are convinced of our responsibility as a company to respond to society's challenges. Through our activity and our energy-efficient solutions, we show that it is possible to combine growth and positive social impact.

Our CSR approach is thus anchored within a global corporate project and is organized around three main pillars: supporting our employees in a human environment, promoting a sustainable world and being a responsible economic player.

This work carried out by the entire Group is bearing fruit. With a score of 71/100, we place ourselves in the top 5% of companies in our sector evaluated by EcoVadis . This assessment is based on 21 CSR criteria divided between four fundamental themes: Environment, Social and Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing.

ECOVADIS, A REFERENCE EXTRA-FINANCIAL EVALUATION

Having become a global standard for CSR assessments, EcoVadis is a collaborative platform evaluating the way in which ESG (environmental, social and governance) principles are integrated within a company.

EcoVadis is one of the main CSR rating structures, enjoying a worldwide reputation. More than 85,000 companies worldwide have been assessed to date.

Environmental, social and ethical performance – commonly referred to as CSR performance – is now a key success factor. CSR requirements are multiplying and more and more companies are subject to increasing pressure from various stakeholders, encouraging them to improve the transparency of their activities and more precisely of their CSR practices. It is with this in mind and to continuously improve its performance that the Enerlis Group carried out its first extra-financial evaluation alongside EcoVadis.

THE RESULTS OF OUR EVALUATION

The CSR themes for which we obtained the best results are:

• Environment (80/100);
• Social and Human Rights, tied with Ethics (70/100).

The EcoVadis process validates our CSR commitments, practices and performance, and thus provides a well-defined roadmap of how we can continue to improve our impact over time. For the future, we will focus on Ethics and Responsible Purchasing.
