Solar power plant installation
Land, at the origin of any project
The financing method, as an opportunity
TURNKEY PROJECT
As part of a project financed by the customer himself because he wishes to invest , Enerlis is a partner of choice who offers step-by-step support: help with sizing the plant; choice of technology; construction and supervision/ maintenance of installations .
In this case, Enerlis is developer, installer and maintainer.
THIRD-PARTY INVESTMENT
If the client cannot or does not wish to invest, he can opt for third-party financing . Enerlis is developing the project and financing the power plant . The customer, without paying a single euro, then has two possibilities:
• Either Enerlis operates a network injection plant and financially compensates its customers/hosts (rent, participation in construction or renovation work )
• Either the customer wishes to self-consume the green electricity produced and pays an annual fee to Enerlis to benefit from green, local and economically competitive electricity .
Implementation process
After validation of the file and technical study on site , Enerlis remains alongside its customers for all key phases of the construction site:
• Technical and economic definition of the project
• Urban planning authorization
• Request for pricing and connection
• Site management until the plant is commissioned
• Operation and maintenance of the plant
Project development in 4 to 18 months depending on the chosen combination.
In 2020, Enerlis acquired Régiesolaire , a qualified French installer who has designed and commissioned several hundred photovoltaic power plants over the last ten years. Since then, Régiesolaire has shared its experience and its teams with the Enerlis solar center , now capable of responding to all types of projects.
