Gender Parity Index

Enerlis is a pioneer in terms of professional equality between women and men . Our vision is shared from recruitment and promoted throughout the careers of our employees.

The gender equality index is calculated based on four indicators: the gender pay gap, the difference in the distribution of individual increases, the number of female employees receiving increases upon their return from maternity leave, the parity among the 10 highest salaries.

Find HERE the report filmed at Enerlis by the TF1 8 p.m. teams on the subject of parity.

Enerlis solidarity

The Enerlis Solidarity Endowment Fund reflects Enerlis' desire to respond to society's challenges while creating links with its professions.

Enerlis Solidarité thus supports projects of general interest around three main axes:

  • Energy progress
  • The integration of young people into the professions of tomorrow
  • Medical research

The way Enerlis Solidarité operates is simple: by financially supporting solidarity projects corresponding to its purpose and by sharing the expertise and know-how of employees, Enerlis wishes to bring new energy to society.
