Our CSR policy
At Enerlis, we pursue one objective: to undertake a new energy world.
The expertise and services we offer contribute to accelerating the energy transition of territories and organizations and respond to the challenges our society is facing. This support is proof of our promise, our reason for being: that of building a carbon-free and more sustainable world, for our customers, our employees and all our stakeholders.

CSR approach
At Enerlis, we are convinced of our responsibility as a company to respond to society's challenges. Our CSR approach is thus anchored within a global company project.
We report on our commitments and actions to the Global Compact France, which we have been a member of since 2018. We are also ISO 14001 and we are currently preparing the AFNOR Committed CSR Label .

Climate strategy
A company in strong growth since its creation, Enerlis has taken measures to reduce the carbon intensity of its activity. These measures complement the emissions reductions that its activity allows.
Enerlis wants to be an exemplary player and is now following an ambitious climate strategy to reduce its carbon footprint across its entire value chain.
Our engagement
Science Based Targets certified emissions reduction trajectory to limit the increase in global temperature to 1.5°C and is committed to:
Reduce direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions linked to energy consumption (scopes 1 and 2) by 2030 - or 5.6% per year
Achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 at the latest
Solidarity and patronage
Since its beginnings, Enerlis has been a solidarity player and supports projects that respond to society's challenges.
Recently, Enerlis got involved with its employees by launching ROUNDED salary, a system which allows employees to donate from their pay slip to one of the three selected associations: 1001fontaines, the Tara Foundation and Cœur de forêt .
Enerlis also created its Enerlis Solidarity Endowment Fund to support projects of general interest around three main areas:
- Energy progress
- The integration of young people into the professions of tomorrow
- Medical research
The way Enerlis Solidarité operates is simple: by financially supporting solidarity projects corresponding to its purpose and by sharing the expertise and know-how of employees, Enerlis wishes to bring new energy to society.
