Enerlis celebrates CSR during European Sustainable Development Week – Part 1

FROM THEORY TO COMMITMENT

A few months ago, we surveyed all our stakeholders in order to prioritize the CSR actions to be carried out within Enerlis: we produced what is called a materiality matrix.
We therefore cross-referenced the expectations of our employees with those of our external stakeholders to better understand where to focus our efforts. This exercise allowed us to sustainably establish the strategic orientations of our CSR approach, divided into 4 axes and 15 commitments.

To convey this new CSR strategy and get our employees on board with us, we mobilized for the third consecutive year as part of the European Sustainable Development Week, taking place from September 18 to October 8. For two weeks, a series of internal actions were offered to employees, including:

  • Training on the fundamentals of CSR;
  • A solidarity action alongside the Tablée des Chefs, an association fighting against food insecurity.

A very rich time for our employees and the results of which we will share very soon!

Initiated in 2003 by France following the adoption of the 2030 Agenda by the United Nations, European Development Week aims to raise awareness among as many people as possible of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The event, which became European in 2015, is an annual meeting which encourages concrete mobilization, particularly among companies which have more than ever the opportunity to shake things up.
