You are a condominium trustee.
THE challenges of the sector
In France, almost 20 % of condominiums are considered fragile or in difficulty. Between the dilapidation of the building, the flight of the loads, the energy customers and the complexity of the rehabilitation approaches, the trustees must take up a major challenge: preserving the quality of life while initiating the energy transition.
The regulatory requirements (DPE, tertiary decree, energy-climate law, etc.) and the expectations of co-owners impose often heavy, expensive and complex work to implement.
How to reduce loads?

Considering the energy prices since the conflict in Ukraine, the installation of the photovoltaic plant will be quickly reimbursed.
Thanks to the overall support of Enerlis, the co -owners were able to initiate a concrete energy transition, without weighing down their budget, and anticipating future regulatory obligations while improving the quality of life in the residence.
In the energy and climate context that we are experiencing, the Departmental Council is carrying out an exemplary energy saving operation over a period of at least 20 years. It is now urgent to accelerate and generalize projects of this type.

Financing the energy transition
Aids and subsidies
At Enerlis, we believe that access to public aid and incentive devices should never be an obstacle to the energy renovation of condominiums.
As of the audit phase we integrate a full financing strategy, by mobilizing all the aid available and by accompanying you in the assembly and securing of each file.
Our objective: to reduce the rest for the maximum for co -owners, while simplifying the procedures for trustees.
EEC
The system of energy savings certificates (EEC) obliges energy suppliers to finance energy efficiency actions, particularly in the collective residential sector. This mechanism represents a key opportunity to reduce the cost of your renovation work.
Thanks to Loris.enr, our CEE delegate subsidiary, we maximize the valuation of these certificates from the audit phase and ensure a fluid and secure administrative assembly.
