Energy Savings Certificates (EEC)
Powerful financing to meet energy renovation needs.
incentive system
Created by the POPE law in 2005 according to the “polluter pays” principle, the Energy Savings Certificate (EEC) system requires energy suppliers to make energy savings to compensate for their so-called “polluting” activities. . They must promote energy efficiency among communities, businesses and social housing managers, by indirectly financing energy efficiency work. The energy saved is transformed into CEE. EECs are recorded and exchanged via a national register, with controls to verify the eligibility of operations.
Loris.enr, the CEE delegatee of the Enerlis group

A question?
The beneficiaries of the CEE system include various players in the French economy.
Are eligible:
– Local authorities who wish to reduce their energy costs and modernize infrastructure
– Social landlords who must renew housing to save energy and move away from energy labels F and G.
– Companies and industries that want to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
Loris.ENR also offers its services to building professionals who carry out energy efficiency work but who do not have the means to promote them in the CEE.
The CEE energy bonus is not applicable to new constructions. Indeed, the Energy Savings Certificates system aims to reduce the consumption of existing, energy-intensive buildings, therefore mainly for energy renovation. The building must be more than 2 years old to be eligible for a CEE bonus.
The CEE bonus request must be made before the start of the energy renovation work. You must obtain agreement from the organization issuing the bonus and sign the bonus offer before starting the work. Then, you will be able to carry out the work with a certified professional and provide the necessary supporting documents to finalize your request and receive the CEE bonus.
