Enerlis has just created his own center for the training of young people (CFA), which will open its doors for the start of the school year in September 2021. The first recruitments will begin in the south of France (around Marseille), before being extended to other regions. Its vocation is twofold: to train future talents of energy efficiency by giving young people a chance and ensuring the upgrading of the skills of employees of ENERIS partner companies. This CFA aims to welcome 10 young people each year until 2025 and to train a hundred professionals per year. The first diplomas prepared by the CFA of Enerlis are as follows:
