Enerlis partner in a study on the impacts of boating on the Mediterranean

In Marseille, Emmanuel Macron launched “ Odysseo ”, a “network of places for awareness, research and innovation” on the protection of the Mediterranean environment.

The project is ambitious since the objective set by the President of the Republic is to bring together “transition actors from the entire Mediterranean basin”.

Operationally, Odysseo is supported by Neede Méditerranée , of which Enerlis became an official partner in October 2020.

This support enabled the financing of a vast study on boating and the Mediterranean ecosystem. It was carried out during the first half of 2021 by journalists from around thirty national and local editorial offices, specialized and general public media, including several journalists from Marcelle. It gave rise to more than 200 interviews with boaters, professionals, scientists, lawyers, etc. but also to contributions from experts in the form of notes.

The study to which the Elysée and Matignon were recipients was made public during the IUCN World Conservation Congress .
