Enerlis accelerates its development in the service of carbon neutrality of territories

Enerlis, a global and independent player in the energy transition since its creation in 2013, is constantly expanding its scope of action. Today, driven by France's ambitious objectives in terms of carbon neutrality and a favorable regulatory environment, Enerlis is at a turning point in its history.

Aurélie Gaudillère, president of Enerlis, announced on July 6 during a press conference the new ambition of the SME which has become a real Group: “we want to reach 1 billion euros in turnover by 2030 » .

The Enerlis group has three levers to accelerate its development and thus become a major player in the new energy world, an active contributor to the carbon neutrality of territories.

Strengthening the strategy for integrating new expertise constitutes the first development lever. Offering a range of solutions ranging from energy renovation to the production – distribution of renewable energies, for both public and private players, Enerlis is already present across the entire value chain. Enerlis has just created two complementary companies, one dedicated to the supply of carbon- free hydrogen fuel to communities, the other to a carbon offset for its customers and for its own activities.

The second lever concerns the international development of the company . Enerlis is already present throughout France, including DROM, through its 13 agencies. This network ensures close proximity with its clients (social landlords, communities, co-ownerships, industry, tertiary sectors, farmers) and its local partners. The group now wishes to expand into Europe, with a first subsidiary created in Spain to develop the solar activity, and other locations under study, in Italy or Scandinavia.

Finally, the third development lever is financial . To be able to ensure and finance its development while being able to seize external growth opportunities, Enerlis opens its capital to an investment fund . The three associated founders, who hold the entire capital today, wish to sell a minority share of the company's capital, and have mandated the Rothschild bank to support them.

“Thanks to its global approach to the issues, its unique know-how in the deployment of innovative solutions, Enerlis wishes to take an increasing share of responsibility to meet the challenge of energy transition and efficiency, and contribute to the decarbonization of territories » added Aurélie Gaudillère.
