Enerlis, an exception in terms of parity

Gender parity in company management bodies is a hot topic. In France, women occupy only 20% of management positions. To double this figure within ten years, the National Assembly voted, this Wednesday, May 12, a bill for “real economic and professional equality” between women and men, promising, among other things, quotas for more women in management positions in large companies.

Within the Enerlis Group, professional equality between women and men is a major issue. And this did not escape the 8 p.m. news on TF1 which welcomed Enerlis' advance in terms of gender parity in a report devoted to quotas for women managers.

Since June 1, 2020, Aurélie Gaudillère has served as President of the Enerlis group, following a principle of alternation established with her partner who has taken over its general management. This appointment is in line with the values of a group committed to parity and which displays a professional equality index between women and men of 97 out of 100.

Moreover, there are as many women as men in management positions and among the 10 highest salaries in the company, we find 40% women.

More broadly, Enerlis strives to be a committed company, at all levels. Social issues, diversity and parity are essential, but the group is of course also very invested in environmental issues and societal issues. For example, the company has just created its Enerlis Solidarité endowment fund. Placed at the heart of a global business project, this Endowment Fund aims to provide a strong impetus to create a new energy world, to help fight energy poverty and to act in favor of the climate.
