The LOM law makes the installation of charging stations compulsory in many tertiary buildings, whether new or existing, while devices such as the Adverse program and tax credits facilitate the financing of the facilities.

For whom?
● New tertiary buildings or significant renovations with parking> 20 spaces:
→ Obligation to install a terminal every 20 places, 1 of which are suitable for PMRs.
● existing tertiary buildings with parking> 20 spaces:
→ Obligation to install at least one load point per range of 20 places from January 1, 2025.
