Energy Savings Certificates (EEC)
Effectively finance your energy efficiency work.
A simple device for concrete savings
Established by POPE law in 2005, the system of energy savings certificates (EEC) is based on the principle of "polluter pays". It imposes on energy suppliers - called "obligated" - to finance energy consumption reduction actions. In return, these actions are transformed into ECE, exchangeable via a secure national register.
This mechanism is today a major lever to support the energy renovation projects of communities, businesses or social landlords.
