Insulation

MAXIMIZE YOUR ENERGY PERFORMANCE.

Insulation, the first lever of energy savings

Effective thermal insulation is one of the most powerful levers to reduce the energy consumption of a building, improve the comfort of occupants and meet regulatory requirements. By limiting heat losses in winter and overheating in summer, insulation makes it possible to significantly reduce heating and air conditioning needs - with substantial savings and a direct reduction in CO₂ emissions.

Why isolation is a strategic issue

The building envelope plays a central role in its energy performance. Poorly insulated walls can represent up to 30 % of losses. To intervene on insulation means treating one of the most sensitive points of the building: roofs, facades, low floors, distribution networks or even singular points.

Beyond immediate gains, good insulation also contributes to the heritage valuation of the building and its compliance with regulatory obligations such as the tertiary decree for buildings of more than 1,000 m².

Our support step

Analysis and diagnosis

We systematically start with an energy audit to assess current consumption, identify the sources of loss and estimate savings. This diagnosis makes it possible to prioritize the areas to be treated and to offer a coherent insulation strategy, adapted to your assets and your budget.

Design of the works plan

We are setting up a work scenario incorporating several action levers: thermal insulation, Relemping, CVC, GTB renovation, etc. in order to maximize overall performance. We also advise you on mobilizable financial aid (EEC, regional subsidies, etc.) and the regulatory obligations to be complied with.

Realization of the work

Our teams manage the implementation of all types of insulation work: thermal insulation from the outside (ite), triple insulation (attic, floors, networks), treatment of thermal bridges and singular points. We ensure complete coordination of the different trades to guarantee effective work and minimize the disruptions on site.

Result control and monitoring

After the work, we carry out a post-intervention performance audit in order to validate the achievement of energy objectives. We ensure regular monitoring and offer adjustments if necessary to guarantee the sustainability of the results.

OUR Insulation Solutions

Triple insulation

Triple insulation

This solution combines the insulation of attic, low floors and networks (stagging). It makes it possible to quickly treat the main sources of thermal loss, with savings of up to 30 % on the energy bill.

External Thermal Insulation (ITE)

External Thermal Insulation (ITE)

The ite is to cover the facade with an insulating coat, thus removing thermal bridges. It improves the thermal inertia of the building, reduces CO₂ emissions and generates up to 15 % energy savings while strengthening comfort in summer and winter.

Isolation of singular points

Isolation of singular points

Often neglected, the junction points (valves, valves, flanges ...) can generate significant loss of energy. Their insulation completes the efficiency of the insulation and improves the overall yield of the installations.

A word from the expert

Insulation is the base of any successful energy renovation

Before considering energy production or home automation, you must start by processing losses. An efficient envelope allows you to build a coherent, lasting and profitable energy strategy.

FAQs

A question?

→ Reduction of consumption and invoices
→ Improvement of thermal comfort summer and winter
→ Decrease in greenhouse gas emissions
→ compliance with regulatory obligations

Yes. By limiting heating and air conditioning needs, it reduces primary energy consumption and associated emissions, thus contributing to the energy transition.

Well -done insulation limits condensation effects, protects the materials from temperature variations and prolongs the life of the building.

Some insulators contribute to the reduction of noise pollution, especially in dense or noisy urban areas.
