Enerlis becomes a partner of DoorFeed in the context of carrying out work with a commitment to results, for the energy renovation of PropTech real estate assets on French territory. 

The stock to be renovated is immense: energy sieves represent 17% of the French real estate stock, or 7.2 million according to the National Observatory of Energy Renovation (ONRE). To identify its pool, DoorFeed has developed a unique real estate services platform which allows it to aggregate and operate tailor-made portfolios of individual residential assets (apartments, houses and buildings) for professional investors, and finance energy renovation. of individual housing.
