Enerlis celebrated European Sustainable Development Week!

The European Sustainable Development Week: a key time to raise awareness and engage employees
Initiated in 2003 by France following the adoption of the 2030 agenda by the United Nations, the European Development Week aims to raise awareness many of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs ).
The event, which became European in 2015, is an annual meeting which encourages concrete mobilization, particularly among companies which have more than ever the opportunity to shake things up.
For the second year in a row, Enerlis joined this event taking place from September 18 to October 8. For a week, a series of internal actions were proposed to employees :

  • A breakfast to return to the 2030 Agenda adopted by the United Nations as well as the resulting sustainable development goals;
  • A Digital Fresco to raise awareness of digital environmental issues;
  • A conference around the IPCC report to re-address climate change;
  • A cooking workshop then a 100% vegetarian aperitif to talk about sustainable eating.

In total, more than 85 Enerlis employees had the opportunity to get involved while collectively sharing friendly moments. This second edition of the European Sustainable Development Week also allowed Enerlis to recall the main points of its responsibility approach.

Zoom on the Digital Fresco

Testimony from Adrien, participant in the Digital Fresque

During the first edition of its European Sustainable Development Week, Enerlis organized the Climate Fresco internally, a fun and participatory format to understand the causes and consequences of climate change. After the success of this workshop, a second fresco, this time around digital technology, was offered to employees for this new edition. For 3 hours, around fifteen Enerlis employees unfolded the card game to decipher the environmental issues of digital technology and then focused on the different solutions to reduce digital pollution. .

Thank you to all participating employees!
