Created in 1943, the ACBB (Athletic Club Boulogne-Billancourt) is the largest multi-sports club in France with some 13,000 members and also has 34 Olympic medals.

ACBB Basket, which brings together around 700 members (80% from Boulogne), is one of the largest sections of the club. Made up of 24 teams including one in pre-national, ACBB Basket is the 5th club in France and the 1st women's club in Hauts-de-Seine.
