Loris Enr, a subsidiary of Enerlis, is joining forces with CAPEB to set up a new EWC system

The Confederation of Crafts and Small Building Companies (CAPEB) and Loris ENR, specialist in the valorization of Energy Savings Certificates and a 100% subsidiary of Enerlis, have signed a partnership contract establishing a new Energy Savings Certificate (EEC) system. CAPEB member craft companies Loris ENR services to their customers in order to obtain CEEs and promote their energy renovation .
As part of this agreement, CAPEB, through the CAPEB departmental unions, will inform and raise awareness among professionals, whatever their profession, of the benefits of the system put in place by Loris ENR. It will disseminate tools provided by the company and will, in general, provide operational support to departmental unions to help them inform and raise awareness among craft businesses.
For its part, Loris ENR will provide CAPEB with the necessary tools for information and awareness-raising for craft businesses (guides, leaflets, technical sheets, sworn declaration, scale, standard agreement, etc.), particularly concerning the nature of the work eligible for the EWC system, after validation of their content by CAPEB. Loris ENR will allow professionals to choose direct payment of the premium or payment to the beneficiary of the work, within a maximum period of 30 days after invoicing for the work.
