Interview with Laura Pinçon on Campus Transfo Num

Whether to comply with the tertiary decree or simply to increase their performance and improve their environmental impact, Enerlis recommends suitable solutions to its customers and supports them at each stage of their deployment.
Laura Pinçon , director of business development at Enerlis, discusses the renovation of an office tower during an interview in the magazine Campus Transfo Num .

Indeed, Enerlis supported the trustee Nexity PM in the energy renovation of the Tour de Lyon, in Paris. By favoring an original approach, on a technical and financial level, it made it possible to achieve the objective of reducing its energy consumption by 40% in the first year.

The client's objective was to identify solutions to be implemented in the short term, resulting in high energy savings. Enerlis therefore recommended a series of interventions on the building's energy equipment alone: replacement of the GTB and optimization of its regulation, optimization of office air treatment flow rates with the installation of speed variators, creation of a specific cold production network for cooling IT premises, partial replacement of parking lot lighting with LEDs with presence detection, etc.

Thanks to third-party financing, the work cost the client nothing and even allowed him to save €70,000 in the first year after the work. It also achieved the 1st objective of the tertiary decree in less than 1 year.
