Five decades later, advertisers alerted by employers are looking for an idea to encourage young people to enter careers linked to renewable energies. Because if France is blessed with researchers and engineers, the field workers who must set up the installations are sorely lacking. Hence the initiative of Enerlis which has just established its thirteenth regional agency in Marseille. This energy transition operator is turning to vocational high schools in the northern districts with the desire to launch specific training, intended for young people from second to bac + 2.
