Enerlis has just created its own Youth Training Center (CFA), which will open its doors for the start of the September 2021 school year. The first recruitments will begin in the south of France (around Marseille), before being extended to other areas. other regions.
Its vocation is twofold: to train future talents in energy efficiency by giving young people a chance and to ensure the upgrading of the skills of employees of Enerlis partner companies. This CFA aims to welcome 10 young people each year until 2025 and to train around a hundred professionals per year.
The first diplomas prepared by the Enerlis CFA are as follows:
- Professional Qualification Certificate Installer, maintainer in solar thermal and photovoltaic systems
- Professional baccalaureate Maintenance in energy efficiency
- Professional baccalaureate in connected electricity and environment.
