partnership Clesence, Noirot, Flamme bleue and Loris enr

Clésence, Noirot, Flamme Bleue and Loris ENR, a subsidiary of the Enerlis group, formalize their commitment to local economic recovery and energy savings.

Representatives of the 4 partners met to formalize their partnership on the Noirot-Groupe Muller production site in Laon in the presence of Sylvie Letot-Durande – Deputy Mayor of Laon, in charge of the Heart of the City, Crafts and of Commerce, Vice-President of the Urban Community of Pays de Laon.

To carry out this ambitious energy renovation program, Clésence relies on the know-how of 3 local partners:

  • Noirot, a subsidiary of the Muller Group, is located in Laon in Aisne in the Hauts-de-France region. The company, which has more than 290 employees, develops, designs and produces heating, domestic hot water production and air treatment devices, intended for residential housing, tertiary buildings and the industry. It has always invested massively in Research and Development to design products that are ever more efficient, more energy efficient and do not emit CO2.
  • Flamme Bleue: the business of this company based in Chauny is the installation and maintenance of sanitary equipment for heating, domestic hot water and ventilation.
  • Loris ENR: created in 2015, LORIS ENR ensures the perfect quality of the Energy Saving Certificates valuation files to which its clients are eligible. LORIS ENR advises its clients on eligible operations and works, as well as to determine CEE deposits allowing better valuation.

As part of its environmental program for the thermal renovation of its social housing stock, Clésence, a subsidiary of the Action Logement Group and 3rd ESH player in Hauts-de-France, has undertaken the “Coup de Pouce Chauffage” operation. This aims to replace all electric convectors, installed before 2014, with new, less energy-consuming devices. Clésence has chosen to enter into a partnership with the company Noirot (Laon) – a subsidiary of the Muller Group, specializing in the design and manufacture of intelligent thermal equipment. The ESH also relies on two other players in Hauts-de-France: Flamme Bleue (Chauny) which is responsible for the installation of new electric radiators, and Loris ENR, a subsidiary of the Enerlis Group, as delegate and financier of the operation via Energy Saving Certificates (EEC). This large-scale project concerns 6,400 homes managed by Clésence, or 35,000 new devices which will be installed throughout 2021. It required an investment of €4.8 million. This amount is fully covered by the CEE system.

Clésence is committed to a strong environmental approach. By 2025, the 3rd ESH player in Hauts-de-France has set itself 3 major objectives:

  • An objective of “zero” housing below energy label D, accompanied by an energy saving objective of 20 to 30% for the tenant.
  • The implementation of a plan for self-consumption of electricity produced by photovoltaic panels in the park in 2020.
  • Experimenting with high-performance buildings that significantly minimize tenants' energy costs.
