Aurélie Gaudillère, President of Enerlis, is part of the 11th national Women Equity 2020 ranking which rewards women business leaders for their management and growth.
Enerlis, global operator of the energy and ecological transition, and its President Aurélie Gaudillère have the honor of being selected for the Women Equity Index . This program is the first initiative in Europe dedicated to SMEs with female governance whose growth is remarkable: it thus selects the 50 French SMEs managed by women which display the best performance among the 30,000 existing.
This index selects companies over 3 years old and whose turnover is between 4 and 100 M€ according to 5 criteria:
- Growth in turnover over the last year of activity,
- Average turnover growth over the last 3 years,
- Growth in turnover value over the last year,
- Profitability over the last year,
- Growth in Gross Operating Surplus over the last 3 years.
Among the 50 elected officials selected in 2020, the company Enerlis, managed by Aurélie Gaudillère, stands out in the “Services” category with a turnover in 2019 of €45.1M.
Regarding this nomination, Aurélie Gaudillère declares: “I am proud of this distinction, which I share with the 49 other winners but also with my teams. The Women Equity Awards demonstrate the outperformance of companies run by women, despite numerous constraints on visibility and recognition sometimes”
