It is a woman who now presides over the destiny of Enerlis, the French group which defines itself as a global operator in the energy transition.
She was appointed on June 1, 2020.
Enerlis was created in 2013 by Aurélie Gaudillère and Thierry Martin. The duo formed a few years earlier in IT. At that time, the two future founders of Enerlis were already interested in “green IT”, particularly through the reuse of waste heat produced by data centers.
The creation of Enerlis started from a simple idea: to apply the SS2I model to the energy efficiency market. Today, Enerlis is a global operator in the energy transition, structured into centers of experts: design offices, measurement tools, engineers, R&D and Innovation Monitoring, production and works, purchasing, commerce, digital projects, aid and subsidies, CEE valorization, etc. totally independent of any energy company.
Aurélie Gaudillère therefore succeeds Thierry Martin as president, who takes over the general management of the group. This appointment is in line with Enerlis' values, particularly in terms of respect for parity since the group has as many women as men at all hierarchical levels and in all areas.
